Hotel was GREAT...i was a little worried with the mixed reviews online but the executive suite that i was upgraded too was amazing! would def stay again!! Bed was comfy! room was cleaned everyday...fresh towels everyday..good view..nothing negative to say..

My neice and i travelled to las vegas in april of 2010iarrived at the hotel at about 1.30pm my room was readythe accomadation was quite acceptable i been a traverler to vegas a least 3times for the year loves to fish around the harrahs propertybut will always come back to harrahs.Not the best place for a family vacation great locationclean room friendly staffgreat food and a shuttel service to the other sites.

There were 5 girls in our party and we came to Vegas to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. I have been to Vegas many times over the years and have stayed at most of the hotels on the strip and some off as well as downtown. We had 2 rooms - the youngsters in one and the old people in the other. One of our rooms faced the strip and there was a view every evening of the erupting volcano. I had stayed at Harrahs years earlier and choose it this time for the price, location, and I felt it was a good hotel for the younger adults. They have a nice Piano Bar and a free outdoor club that the young ones in my group used every night. Toby Keith's restaurant is a good value. The casino is large enough to keep you busy. While the hotel is older and the rooms smaller than others I've stayed at in Vegas, I feel it is a good value. Would stay there again in similar circumstances.

The front desk was friendly, but there was only 2 front desk clerks working on the check in line for customers that were not platnum or diamond card members. Took about a half hour to forty-five minutes to check in. The roon was nice. Very clean. Housekeeping staff was very helpful with anything extra that was needed. Great place to stay. Exceptional. Thank you.
