Loved the hotel and it was extremely nice. The only thing I would have liked to have seen would have been some better meal choices and especially for breakfast. Meal choices were all very upscale and someone looking for something quick and not buffet the only choices were bagels, croissants, and pastries. Somewhat expected in an upscale property, but that is the only thing I would change. The rooms were wonderful and spacious.

overpriced hotel with ordinary rooms.definitely not worth the $.front desk staff was not helpful or interested in pleasing us during our stay, even when the bed we sat on felt like it was older than i was!only way to close the doors is to slam them....this is what you hear all night long!fountain show was beautiful....but not worth the money to see it from your room....just as beautiful to watch it outside.when you pay premium dollar for this room you wouldnt expect the loud cannon firing sound at the end of every show and yes it happens every 15 min until midnight.no coffee makers in room.....which forces you to the lobby for a $7 cup of coffee. just not worth the money we payed to stay here.i was very dissapointed.

  • The hotel and casino was impressive, our room wasn't.

Yes, people at front desk were friendly and courteous. Sorry, hotel experience did not meet our standards. We booked our trip through Travel online, and we feel this may have been the reason that we were very disappointed with our hotel room. It certainly was not what we expected, knowing the reputation of the Bellagio. I would compare the room equivalent to a Holiday Inn -- not much more! First of all, upon our arrival, we noticed that the furniture had not been dusted (nor had it been done during our stay of three nights); beds were not completely made up when room service cleaned the room -- the bedspread was always pulled down at the bottom of the bed and the decorative pillows were piled in a corner for three days. There were three of us in a room and closet space was at a minium; towels in bathroom were for only two people; two lights were burned out, and the shower broke while we were there. I know we should have complained to the hotel, but we were kind enough not to. I'm sure there are more elegant rooms available, but we figured this was Travelocity's way of selling cheaper trips to better hotels. Even so, I think the rooms should have had better upkeep -- especially for such a popular hotel. Last year we stayed at the Wynn and the comparison of both hotel rooms were not even close -- we were in "awe" of the room at the Wynn -- the room at the Bellagio didn't even come close. Given a choice, we would definitely go back to the Wynn, unless Bellagio could show us that there are rooms that live up to the popularity and elegance of their hotel. However, we did enjoy LasVegas!
