The room was awesome. All of the hotel amenities were great. When I went upstairs to my room to seep there was a party in the next room and I called the front desk three times between 12 and 3 pm before the party was broken up. It was not what was I looking for this kind of priced hotel. I did not receive any apologies when I was leaving or even a sorry note for the disturbance or an offer to move to another room. Did not get much sleep that night and was kind of aggravating not to be able to enjoy the stay because of the incident.

Great hotel, however they charge for EVERYTHING!! No free WIFI, no free internet, no in room coffee...nothing. The prices were over the top as well. The rooms were a little outdated, but they were nice and clean. Front desk was a little short with me, but concierge was very helpful and nice. The casino was nice and not seedy like some of the others on the strip. I chose this hotel because of their art collection, however you have to pay to get in even if you are a guest....very disappointing. Oh yeah, they even charge for local calls!! I would not stay here agian, but the hotel overall was just nice, nothing more. Pick some place else for the price, some place with a better restuarant selection.

My husband and I had one of our best Las Vegas vacations! Bellagio was just as warm and inviting as always even the few personal requests we made were fulfilled with a "no questions" attitude. The Concierge service aided me in everything from Spa services to Peep Show tickets to a few reservation AND ALL BEFORE I EVEN LEFT MY HOME! Needless to say it made my trip easy and worry free. Jus one note though, as how much I love Bellagio(been goin there for over 10yrs now) the rooms in the older part (main building) are starting to show a lil wear, lol now it's seems I'm visiting family that home is stuck in a bit of a time zone(jus showing a bit of age next to that SLEEK Ariawhich is not my tastes).

A beautiful hotel., And nice casino. However, for $* a night you don't even get coffee, of course you have to go down to their coffee shop where you will pay $* for 2 coffee's and 2 danish, and if you want to take a look at the snacks and beverages in the room, you better put them back on their sensor within 60 seconds or room will be charged for taking a look. So you really don't get any extra ammenities while you stay in this 5 star resort. We will try a different hotel and casino next time. We expected more luxury. Plus you had to pay to use the gym. And the bathroom shower had a very musty smell to it even after housekeeping was there.
