Stayed for 5 nights last week and thought this was a great hotel. Asked and received a room with a wonderful view. Was able to get the 27th floor across from MGM and that was great! They were great help if you wanted to take any tours. Would stay there again.

Nice room, good bathroom, nice beds, no problem with the room. I was staying 2 nights, after the first night I left early and returned at 2:30 pm and the room wasn't made up, so I called housekeeping and they said they'd let the supervisor know, I left again and returned at 5 pm and they were just starting to clean the room! I had to wait at least another 20 min in the hallway for them to finish. I was not happy.

The New York New York is a great themed hotel on the strip that still seems fairly new. We had a Park Avenue Strip view room. The size of the room was good, and was in good condition. The shower head, as with most hotel rooms, was much to be desired, but that is pretty much the only downside to this room. The Strip view was not as expected, it looked towards the airport and Excaliber, not the whole strip as we thought it would. We did not get to use the pool, as the hours are only 9-7 as most pools on the strip seem to be. We ate at the pizza place and Chin-Chins, both were pretty good. We had two teens with us, so we could not go into the dueling piano bar, but we sat outside at the pizza place and enjoyed watching and listening to the fun. There were a lot of younger people and families at this resort. There is a resort fee of $* a night, and anyone over 12 is considered an adult as far as extra person fees are concerned, so we had to pay $* per night per teen, which bumps the price up...if not for the resort fee per room, it would have been almost cheaper to get two rooms. But overall, it was a great stay, and would stay there again.

My husband and I stayed at New York New York with our 13yr old son and 15yr old daughter we all had a great time. The kids and dad enjoyed the roller coaster and the arcade. The resturants were yummy! The casino was very easy to navigate through and the rooms very comfortable. The staff was friendly and we hope to return!

The hotel smells like cigarette a lot, unlike other 4 to 5 star hotels. The hall ways smell like a wet dog. And went I checked out I was charged extra hotel services that I was not aware of. They give you complementary drinks and charge you * plus tax extra per night!!!, be sure to say you do not want that, all rides and amenities the hotel offers they charge for it, so if you pay hotel charges in your original itinerary why pay more charges, The explanation was from front desk , that I should had booked directly to them.
