Paid for two nights, didn't receive room service. Called for towels and iron. Tolit made sounds like big bubbles. Shower drain didn't drain correctly-had standstill water throughout the shower. Buffet was ok. Checkin/checkout was good and fast. Overall experience was ok, could have been better.

My daughter and I stayed at the Circus Circus Hotel in one of the manor rooms wihich are not IN the hotel. The room was fine, a little moldy in the bathroom due to a shower that ran outside of the tub if the curtain wasn't perfectly situated. The hotel staff was VERY accomodating. When we asked for something, it was brought right away. The walls are thin, so we could hear our noisy neighbors late into the night. But, all in all, for the price we paid we were satisfied.

I deliberately chose Circus Circus because I was traveling with children. I reserved 2 rooms, nonsmoking. I was put in 2 rooms, not joined, smelly, with ash trays outside on the floor (it was 12 th floor). The first clerk ( a woman) very unfriendly and not helpful at all. The second clerk finally changed my rooms to the 19 th floor and it was much better. Las Vegas this summer is very hot and rude people all over. I will not stay in Circus Circus again.

This is definitely the worst hotel on the strip I have stayed in. I only stayed here because I had a minor with me, my sister who is 15. I would stay elsewhere again and visit the Adventuredome for sure to ride the rides, but other than the rides, there is no draw to this hotel. The Skyrise tower is scorching hot in the hallways, the candy in the vending machines was melted and the elevators were not air conditioned at all. The AC in the room was so loud, I should have brought ear plugs to sleep with, but on a positive note, the pillows were fabulous. Our sink was clogged, there were not hand towels in our room on arrival and it took 45 minutes to wait in line to check in, thank goodness I had a book with me. Many of the arcade games were out of order that we wanted to play, the casino is full of smoke and the fitness room is unimpressive and very small. If you can afford to stay elsewhere, do so. If you are so tight on cash then sure, stay here, but be prepared to be disappointed. I wish I had read the reviews before booking, you get what you pay for it so I guess I should not be surprised. If you have really little kids, then this is probably the best place for young ones but if your kids are older than 13, I would stay elsewhere and just visit.
