this hotel is huge, got lost a couple of times trying to find our way back to our room, but after that we were fine, the rooms were really nice, nice size bathroom, the bed was really comfortable, the pillows were great, we had a couch in our room it was comfortable. the lights in the room could have been brighter. housekeeping did a could job attending to our room. the Lion exhibit is worth seeing. The grand buffet was good. Slow with drinks when you are gambling, all in all really enjoyed our stay, we would stay at MGM again.

I booked the West Wing thinking it was the top of the line room because it was an up charge but what we received was appaling! The rooms we located far from the pool in the darkest part of the Casino. The elevators looked like freight elevators, totally scratched and dirty. The hallways were like in a dungon, low ceilings, grey walls, and can lighting which was very dark. Our room was a postage stamp size, very dark with no view at all. Although the decroating was modern there was absolutely no counter space or privacy in the bath area. We complained to the front desk and were given Suites at a $50 per night upcharge.....What a lovely difference. We had a fantastic view, lots of natural light and huge space. The hallways were so pleasant and our entire attitude changed. Stay away from the West Wing!
